Scott is a Denver native with a passion for helping buyers find and create their dream home. 

A licensed contractor and broker with a background in construction, Scott uses his expertise to bring a holistic perspective to clients while providing value add solutions to their homes. 

In the 9 years he’s held his brokerage license, he’s helped countless residential and commercial clients buy, sell and rent SFRs commercial properties, 1031 exchanges and more. 

He’s currently been involved in 28 real estate products over the last three years throughout Colorado, focusing on multifamily and commercial mixed-use properties.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU). 

In his free time he enjoys golf, skiing and traveling.

Ani has been working with Colorado Construction Services since 2016.

She manages marketing and advertising for Sevens Holdings and handles property management for the brokerage and construction side of the business. Her background in construction has proven to be an asset when making clients’ vision become a reality. 

Ani lives with her fiancé Scott and her son. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking and traveling.
